Whats our purpose in life? What are we living for?... I can't help but think that a life thinking we aren't here for any purpose is well...depressing...hopeless...lame...need I really say more? Remember to eat enough calories! I know it's counter intuitive but if you don't eat at least 1200 calories your body will kick into starvation mode and your weight loss will plateau. Just make sure those calories are healthy. 100% Whole grains, fresh fruits and veggies and lean meats. Limit portions, fill up on greens. Include good fats like olive oil. You shouldn't feel hungry. I love to fill up on a pan full of chopped veggies lightly sauted in a chicken broth and a little olive oil, salt and pepper. mmmmm. Exercise is so important. 10 mins a few times a day is better than nothing, fit it in whenever you have a few minutes, just do jumping jacks in place. I heard someone say they knew they were straight when they dreamed they were kissing a guy. I'm not sure that our subconcious is that straight-forward and if we had a dream we were kissing a guy or a girl that it necessarily means that we're gay or straight, but it at least tells you where you mind is leading you or what you've been pondering. It takes some deep soul searching and you may not have a clear answer even after that. Remember bi-sexual is a possiblity too. But it's really about who you're attracted to. I know that when I see a really strong, self assured women that tends to lean toward a masculine gender identity, I'm affected physically. I have a physical reaction to who I'm attracted to.
